    • Text weight papers are thin like everyday copy paper. Cover weight papers are thicker like cardstock. The numbers next to the paper represent the weight of the paper. The higher the number, the thicker the paper. Smooth Paper has a matte finish.



    • We will begin production if no proof is needed. A emailed proof normally takes less than 1 business day. A hard copy or physical proof will be ready in 1-2 business days. After reviewing the proof, you can upload new files with revisions or contact us to make adjustments. If no changes are needed, send us a email with your approval and we will begin production.

      Does the banner come with a stand by default, or do I have to request a stand to go with it?

        You can select “None” if you do not need a stand.

      I already have a stand from a banner I ordered before, but it’s a slightly different size. Can I order a new banner that will fit my existing stand?

        Yes, you can. Please request a Custom Quote and provide your stand dimensions and we’d be more than happy to help.

    • Preferred File Format: PDF.
    • Accepted File Formats: DOC, JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, PSD.
    • Resolution: 300 DPI.
    • Color Space: We prefer CMYK (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/blacK). If you use RGB, the colors on the print may turn out, in some cases, different than what you're expecting.
    • Fonts: Please flatten your documents before sending your file. If you use a special font which our system can not recognize, the document will replace your font with another font in our system.
